VON'S VISION EXAM DAY AT TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY

Welcome to Von's Vision Exam Day and Von's Locker at Texas A&M University's Student Health Services.

Von's Vision offers its signature Exam Days and Von's Locker days on the campus of Texas A&M University multiple times throughout the school year. Undergraduate students eligible to receive financial aid are encouraged to register for no-cost eye examinations and - if deemed necessary - a new pair (and a spare pair) of prescription glasses from our selection of high-end frames, courtesy of Etnia Barcelona.

To receive these no-cost screenings and glasses, students must show their actively enrolled student ID card upon check-in on Exam Days.

Students who meet the requirements to receive new glasses through the Von's Vision Exam Day program will have their prescriptions recorded and sent to the lab for production. Students who meet the criteria for the Von's Locker program will need to take a copy of their already obtained lens prescription to the program to select a new pair of frames. The copy of the existing prescription will be sent along with the selected frames for lens fulfillment. 

It takes approximately six to eight weeks for the prescription lenses to be cut and added to the selected frames. A staff member from Texas A&M's University Student Health Services will send an email to all the registrants notifying them when the glasses have arrived for pick-up at SHS.
