VON'S VISION FOUNDATION HIGHLIGHTS

Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller will host his fifth annual Celebrity Steak-Out, presented by Andrea and Matt Flanagan, on Monday, November 13. The Celebrity Steak-Out will benefit Von’s Vision, whose mission is to better the vision of Denver-area youth by providing them needed eye examination and eyewear to succeed in the classroom and in life.

Miller and his Broncos teammates will step off the field and into The Ritz-Carlton, Denver for one evening to help serve more than 350 guests. In addition to celebrity service, guests will enjoy a cocktail reception, sponsored by i-Orthodontics, and have an opportunity to participate in exciting live and silent auctions. Funds raised at the Celebrity Waiter Night will go toward programs like Von's Vision Back to School Vision Day and Von's Vision Day.

Last year, more than $480,000 was raised, during Von’s Celebrity Steak-Out. Von Miller is calling all Denver Bronco fans to support those in need by signing up for this unforgettable night. Tickets and sponsorships are available to the public and can be purchased at www.vonmiller.org. Single Premium Tickets are $450 per guest and include a Denver Broncos Signature Series Football for celebrity autographs. All tickets include hors d’oeuvres, a three-course meal and wine as well as tax, gratuity and valet service. Outside memorabilia is prohibited.

Von’s Vision Day

Von’s Vision partners with national and regional eye wear retailers to provide a city-wide vision day for low-income Denver children. Each child receives a free screening, and if needed, free eye exams and corrective eye wear. In a few short weeks, children are able to pick up their new glasses.

Von's Vision Back to School Vision Day

Von’s Vision partners with optometrists, opticians, and retailers to provide school kids with eye exams and eyewear all in the same day. For one day, a Denver area school is transformed into a clinic where children can get screened, have an eye exam, shop for frames and walk out with new glasses in about an hour.
